7. How do I go about getting a quotation for my work?
You can either email us or give us a quick call or visit our office which is located in Karen, on Karen Road near the Deputy President’s residence, in the NYUMBABORA Office Building. We are very willing to help, and happy to provide for any quotations needed.
8. What sort of information do I need to provide for my project?
Any information that involves a breakdown of the work involved, such as working drawings, a schedule of works and any contract particulars you may have. All of these items can aid us in supplying you with a formal quotation.
9. How long will building approvals take?
With the restoration of the Quick Response (QR) coding system by the Nairobi Metropolitan Services, approvals will not take much time to be approved because there will be no need for stamps to start building.
10. I have architectural drawings, and I want to build my home, what do I do now?
You can forward us any architectural drawings, and we will usually make a site visit to meet the client, and run through the works. We like to keep communication open as much as possible, and our aim is to deliver exactly what our clients require.
11. Do you do build designs?
Yes. We have a qualified consortium of all built environment professionals whom we have partnered with to provide design and build services to our esteemed clients
12. What is your payment process as we are building?
Payments can be made in installments depending on the construction milestones that include; substructure, superstructure, roofing, windows and doors, finishes, decorations, plumbing and electrical installations.
13. Our offices need a gentle refurbishment, carpeting and some door maintenance, do you do this?
